Shipping Information

We offer two methods of shipping, USPS and UPS.  For small accessory orders, we suggest USPS flat rate shipping for $8.00.

For larger orders, or musical instruments, please contact a Wright Music representative about current UPS shipping and insurance rates. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 2 week return policy on instruments and unopened accessories.  All merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received in ( including packaging).  

Because of copyright laws we can not accept any returns or exchanges on any sheet music, method books, or NYSSMA music.

RENTAL INSTRUMENT RETURNS: Rental instruments can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the signed date on the contract.  After 30 days, there is no refund.
